Marketing Horse Property

In 2003, I launched PREMIER EQUESTRIAN PROPERTIES, a catalog of wonderful horse properties which I shared with over 4,000 local and not so local equestrians. With this, I developed what I think is the most comprehensive database of horse people in the North Bay area. I believe this enables me to get in touch with buyers and sellers of horse property in a more timely and efficient manner than anyone else in the business and gives me a distinctive differential advantage.

In addition, I am an active equestrian, involved with almost every horse club, charity and related organization in the local area. This puts me face to face with many of our local riders and very close to what is happening both in the horse world and with horse properties.

As an early technology adopter, I was a leader in internet advertising on the nascent equestrian property marketing websites. These sites continue to grow and develop and therefore increasingly give broader exposure to my listings to a local, national and international audience.
